Any interest in wellness tips from Cameron Diaz? Yeah, us too.
The 43-year-old actress and truly timeless beauty got up close and personal for the cover of her new book, The Longevity Book, which she revealed today via Instagram and Twitter.
"I am so excited I can barely contain myself!!" Diaz captioned the pic of the cover, which is a close-up of her face, nearly makeup-free skin glowing impressively. "I am so proud of this book and very much looking forward to engaging us all in a new conversation about aging–how to do it with strength, grace, health and wisdom."
Conversation, started. Or rather shall we say, continued.
Longevity is the follow-up to The Body Book, in which Diaz also discussed wellness, beauty, diets and aging and got memorably candid about everything from periods to pee.
Diaz's new book promises, according to its cover, to discuss "the science of aging, the biology of strength, and the privilege of time." If that artful description doesn't sound chock-full of wisdom, we don't know what does.
The actress goes on to call upon an initiative which she launched in tandem with the book, encouraging women to share their realities via photo submissions. Cameron is hoping to display the submissions in what she calls a "cover beyond the cover." An addition which, we presume, will fall nothing short of inspiring.
More inspiring still, Cameron's caption reads on: "I also wanted to thank you again for your beautiful submissions, which we'll eventually get to show you as part of the cover beyond the cover; a perfect representation of women standing beside other women, as a united front, to stage change and incite progress. I can't wait until hard copies hit the stands in April so we can really get started!!#thelongevitybook #theprivilegeoftime@thebodybook."
Perfection indeed. Needless to say, we're sold. Copies are available to pre-order ahead The Longevity Book's April 5 release.
