For better or for worse...

Last Monday, Dancing With the Stars couple Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson received their lowest scores of the season, with their total score of 24 landing them at the bottom of the leaderboard. Yikes.

But instead of letting the low scores bring him down, earning the lowest score of the night from the judges has served to motivate Robert and Kym...and has even improved their relationship.

"I hate freaking losing, I hate being at the bottom," the Shark Tank star tells his partner in the exclusive video above. "Like, it burns every fiber of my body."

Impressed by Robert's work ethic? Kym, his partner on-and-off the dance floor, shared her thoughts.

"I didn't know how getting these low scores would affect Robert, but I feel like it's even made our connection even stronger," she says. To see that connection in action, watch our inside look at their emotional and intense training session now.

After Robert announced he was separating from his wife of 14 years Diane Plese in March, sources confirmed to us that he and Kym were dating and "really happy together." And while they've yet to confirm their relationship, with Robert cheekily telling us, "I've learned to dance on this show! Tap dance!"

Still, the duo haven't been able to stop gushing about each other. Robert told E! News Kym was "beautiful," while Kym admitted her partner has blown her mind.

DWTS airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
