E! News has confirmed a document filed by the court in Khloé's divorce that says the whole case will be thrown out unless the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star moves forward with the divorce proceedings. She filed for divorce from the NBA star in December 2013, but Lamar never responded. Per her legal rights, Khloé could have gone back to court to file for a default divorce judgment, but she never followed through with it.
The stalemate in the divorce proceedings has become a sticky issue because the couple sold their house for $5.5 million, but the people controlling the funds don't know what to do with it because the divorce hasn't been finalized. According to the document, if Khloé doesn't do anything about the divorce, the case will be dismissed as early as the end of April, and she will stay married to Lamar.
Does this mean the estranged lovebirds could be getting back together? Probably not because Khloé is busy taking on Armenia with Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and North West, but that doesn't mean her feelings for Lamar have changed. In fact, she told E! News that she still had very strong feelings for her husband.
"I will never, ever not love Lamar," she confessed. "I was so obsessed with him in a healthy way. He was my husband, and I still wish he was, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that."
But she knows there are certain things that are out of her hands when it comes to her strained relationship.
"There's nothing I can do," she said. "Lamar has to do things in order to change in that aspect, but yeah, if I had my way I'd be married to Lamar in two seconds."
So what about her are-they or aren't-they relationship with French Montana? The rapper and reality star have kept us on their toes with their courtship, but despite going on vacation together (with other friends), the two aren't anything more than pals.
"I love French. He's an awesome guy," she said. "We are on-again, off-again...but I don't want to be too labeled to anyone right now."
She added, "I'm still figuring out a lot of emotions with me."
