Dmac/FAMEFLYNET PICTURES Lamar Odom has been pretty much MIA recently, having seemingly gone off the grid. But he has resurfaced!
Khloé Kardashian's estranged husband was spotted hiking Fryman Canyon in Los Angeles Wednesday with a male friend. An eyewitness tells E! News that "[Lamar] looks like he has put on some weight" and was "trying to get back into shape." Hiking until about 4 p.m., the basketball player didn't come back until long after his friend, presumably because he hiked farther than he did.
Way to go, Lamar!
Although it started out as something she kept close to vest, Khloé says she ultimately couldn't hide the problems that ultimately contributed to their marriage's demise. And once the news got out, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star became very open about the couple's marital woes and her subsequent heartbreak.
During an intense scene of her reality TV show, Khloé revealed that she had known about Lamar's alleged cheating, which came as a surprise to her siblings.
"Let me tell you something," Khloé said. "Last year on my birthday I lied to everyone because I had to lie and say I was with my husband when in fact my husband was missing with another girl!"
She also opened up to Cosmopolitan about her relationship fallout and why she handled it all so secretly.
"I'm not a big 'cry on a shoulder' person," she explained to the magazine. "I'm very introverted when it comes to my own stuff. Everyone has issues and I'm not someone who liked to burden people…I hold things in. I don't know why."
But despite filing for divorce in December 2013, the reality star insisted that she wouldn't change a thing about her personal life.
"Your life is meant for you to understand and process, not to make anyone else happy," she explained. "I don't have any regrets…you learn as you go."
Khloé has since dabbled in an on-again off again-relationship with rapper French Montana, but hasn't been involved in anything super serious since splitting from Lamar.
We're just happy to see that Lamar seems to be getting his life back on track!
