In a recently released second trailer for the upcoming sci-fi movie, star Chris Pratt assembles his dream team of galaxy defenders in order to save the world. Joined by costars Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, David Bautista and Bradley Cooper, Pratt and his team battle the villainous Ronan.
"Here we are: a thief, two thugs, an assassin and a maniac," Pratt says in the trailer. "But we're not going to stand by while evil wipes out the galaxy. I guess we're stuck together, partners."
The trailer also shows a steamy moment between Pratt and Saldana, who get very close to locking lips during one scene. And don't forget about Pratt's shirtless scene, which features his rock-hard abs!
The film also stars Djimon Hounsou, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close and Benicio Del Toro.
The new trailer was announced on the Guardians of the Galaxy Facebook page today. "It's finally here!" read the announcement. "Get your first ‘I Am Groot,' more Rocket, Drax and Gamora in action, and the usual Peter Quill swagger in the second full trailer for Marvel's ‘Guardians of the Galaxy,' in theaters August 1!"
