Brody Jenner: Joe Francis Beat Up My Girlfriend!

Brody Jenner can't catch a break lately.

Just days after undergoing emergency surgery on his birthday to have his appendix removed (more on that after the jump), his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, was allegedly beaten at Hollywood nightclub Guys & Dolls by Girls Gone Wild troublemaker boss Joe Francis.

"Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason!" Brody posted on his Twitter page very early this morning. "Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her. What does that say about him?"

"How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl??" Brody also said in a post. "Joe Francis is a piece of s--t."

According to sources, the altercation started when Jayde poured a drink on Joe because he apparently wouldn't stop hitting on her friend and his ex-girlfriend, model Abbey Wilson.

Joe, an eyewitness says, grabbed Abbey by the face and kissed her on the lips against her will in front of her date for the evening and one of Brody's best buds, Taylor "Sleazy T" Mosher.

Security, according to TMZ, had to pull Joe off of Jayde. When Brody jumped in, both men were thrown to the curb, where Brody is said to have clocked Joe in the face. Someone—no one apparently knows who—then tasered Brody and he fell to the ground.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department says no arrests were made last night, but a report was taken: "It's still under investigation." (Brody also tweeted, "Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!")

A shirtless Joe was last seen jumping into an SUV and being driven away from the scene. Joe is currently awaiting trial on his tax-evasion case, which is set to begin on Oct. 14. A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's office says it's too early to say if the incident would be a violation of the conditions of Joe's release on bail.

This is one more struggle for Brody, who was recently sidelined by surgery on his birthday. 

"Being cooped up in the hospital for three days like that and not having my health or being able to move, you really sit there and look at what a gift it is to have your health," he said. "So once I got out, I called my trainers and said, 'Look, I need to get back to fitness.' "

And, obviously, partying. Brody will finally get the chance to officially celebrate his 26th birthday on Tuesday at a new L.A. nightclub owned by best bud Frankie Delgado.

We think it's safe to assume that Joe Francis will not be on the guest list.
