The new mama started her healthy diet back up as soon as she returned home from the hospital, and now she's showing fans that she's already dropped quite a bit of weight—just one week after giving birth.
Chyna took to Snapchat and posted a video of herself stepping onto the scale, showing fans she now weighs 177 lbs. That's an almost 20-pound loss since she last weighed in before giving birth at which point she reached 192 lbs.
In fact, they both often took to Instagram to share throwback photos of their fit bodies alongside a countdown to the moment they would be able to start working out again.
In the days following her return home, Chyna immediately started sharing photos and videos of her healthy meals, which have included foods like eggs, sausage, salmon and rice.
However, despite hopping right back into it, Chyna wasn't super worried about her body while she was still carrying Dream. When people criticized her weight gain, she snapped right back at them.
"Why should I watch my weight when I'm pregnant," she asked her followers after posting a photo of her baby bump. "Y'all Know That I Don't Play."
Around the same time, she had shared some of her favorite pregnancy foods—like scrambled eggs with cheese and Cornish hens stuffed with butter, onions, sautéed kale and onions—on Snapchat.
"My goal is to gain like 100 pounds this pregnancy," she admitted into the camera. "I'm going to tear it up and then I'm going to snap back."
It looks like she's well on her way!
