Zahra Schreiber

WWE diva Zahra Schreiber is now out of a job after several pro-Nazi images from her public Instagram account resurfaced.

Seth Rollins, a fellow WWE star, is said to have been dating Schreiber at the time the photos were published onto her social media account back in 2012; however, the images have since been removed.

"WWE released Zahra Schreiber due to inappropriate and offensive remarks she made that were recently brought to our attention," the organization said in a statement Monday morning.

The content of the controversial photos included one image of a My Little Pony character dressed as Adolf Hitler as well as another Instagram collage heavily featuring swastikas.

At the time, fans flooded the comments section lashing out at her choice to post the Nazi-themed images but Schreiber defended her posts, saying, "I like history ha. The swastika means prosperity and luck. It was around way before Hitler turned it into an icon."

Neither Schreiber nor Rollins have commented since the WWE's decision to cut ties with her today.

The move comes just hours after another famous WWE star, Hulk Hogan, broke his silence after a secret recording that showed him making racist remarks was leaked earlier this summer.

In a pre-taped interview with Good Morning America, the wrestler admitted that the fallout from the scandal has been the hardest thing he's ever been through and he insisted that he wasn't racist.

"I never should have said what I said," he explained.

His sentiments echoed the first statement he made following the tape's release, saying, "Eight years ago I used offensive language during a conversation. It was unacceptable for me to have used that offensive language; there is no excuse for it; and I apologize for having done it."

TMZ was the first to report on Schreiber's termination and Instagram photos.
