ESPN is taking Erin Andrews' stalker case into overtime.
The network has sued Michael David Barrett in Los Angeles federal court for $327,442.27 in legal fees, travel expenses and security costs, reimbursement for the dough it shelled out on behalf of its victimized reporter.
A hearing is scheduled for June 7.
Barrett pleaded guilty in December to surreptitiously taping a scantily clad Andrews in hotel rooms while she was traveling for work. He's currently serving a 30-month federal prison sentence for interstate stalking.
Andrews, who was voted America's Sexiest Sportscaster two years in a row by Playboy, is currently steaming up the floor on Dancing With the Stars.
