This year’s Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) will be a busy time for Toronto actor Joris Jarsky as he appears in three films, including the much-anticipated Blindess staring Julianne Moore and Mark Rufallo; a lead role in Toronto Stories; and the short film The Green Door.
“I was invited to attend the international premiere of Blindness at the Cannes International Film Festival and it was an incredible experience. I can’t wait to see the film screened in my hometown of Toronto during the Toronto festival,” said Jarsky. “I’m equally excited about Toronto Stories and The Green Door – it feels pretty great to be a part of something so big!”
Jarsky appeared as a regular in the series Vampire High and in numerous television shows including Sue Thomas: F.B. Eye, Show Me Yours, The Eleventh Hour, and Mutant X. Jarsky also co-starred with Ryan Reynolds and Kristin Booth in FoolProof.
Three cheers for the Torontonian!
