The Dixie Chicks are minus one rooster.

The divorce of Emily Robison, the banjo-picking Chick, and her estranged husband of nine years, country crooner Charlie Robison, was finalized Wednesday, eight months after he first filed for divorce and well before anyone realized the duo had separated.

The San Antonio Express News first reported the marital demise, claiming both Robisons were present at the Bexar Couty Courthouse yesterday when their single status was restored.

A rep for Charlie Robison told the paper that he and his Grammy-winning wife "remain close friends and their family is the priority and will continue to be."

The divorce filing stated that their marriage had "become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

The Robisons tied the knot back in 1999 and have three children: fraternal twins Julianna Tex and Henry Benjamin born in 2005, and son Charles Augustus "Gus" Robison, who was born in 2002.
