Kim Kardashian: Running Interference?

New Orleans Saints insiders worry the running back will be focused on his girlfriend and not football this season

The New Orleans Saints may be eager to fill stadium seats, but there's at least one famously generous derriere that they hope won't be hitting a Superdome seat cushion too often this season.

Kim Kardashian's hot 'n' heavy relationship with running back Reggie Bush has some of her beau's trainers concerned, a source tells E! News.

"Whenever you have an athlete dating a celebrity personality, it ups the glam factor surrounding that athlete," says a Saints team insider.

"That doesn't always bode well for a player's game ability. You've got to have your head totally in the game. Ask Tony Romo's teammates what happens every time Jessica Simpson shows up."

To be fair, Kim and Reggie were already an item last football season. But Reggie only played 12 games after tearing a knee ligament.

"A lot of eyes will be on him," says the insider of this season. "So we have to make sure his eye is on the ball, literally, and not on his girlfriend."

So far, that doesn't seem to be a problem. Kim was already in the stands during a recent scrimmage game in Jackson, Miss. Did it blow her boy's game?

"Nope," says the source. "Reggie did good. Damn good."

Awww...Maybe Kim will really turn out to be his lady luck. Top that, Jessica!
