Forget sweet emotion. Johnny Depp created a pretty sweet memory for folks at an Aerosmith concert on Monday night.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star took to the stage, strapped on a six-string and joined Steven Tyler and the boys on two songs during their L.A. show.

Not surprising, the crowd went wild at seeing the 49-year-old actor work his music magic on the tunes "Stop Messin' Around" and "Come Together."

Of course, this isn't the first time Depp has joined forces with Aersomith, having done so at the Hollywood Bowl earlier this year.

Depp has been rocking out quite a bit lately. The guy popped up and played with Alice Cooper during one of his performances a few days back, much in the same way he did in 2011. He also did a little jamming at the Tom Petty tribute fesival in Los Angeles last month.

Pretty cool. Or to steal the title of another Aerosmith hit, amazing.
