Khloé Kardashian has never looked better!

The blonder Keeping Up With the Kardashians star looked svelte in a black jumpsuit while promoting the Kardashian Beauty Hair Care and Styling line at ULTA Beauty's West Hills store in Beverly Hills Thursday. During the appearance, Khloé talked to E! News' Maria Menounos about her total body transformation.

"What's the secret?" Maria asked.

"I try to work out five days a week," Khloé, 30, said. "It's a lot, but I feel great when I do it. On the weekend I have a gym in my community. I try to do cardio. You just turn on some junk TV and you don't realize what you're doing, and I love that. I used to not watch what I ate. I would just kind of eat whatever. I was realizing, 'I work out all the time. Why can't I drop this weight?' It's really food. So I started dieting a little. I don't eat dairy anymore—or I try not to, because I'm addicted to cheese!"

Before revamping her diet, she thought, "'That's such B.S. Dairy's not going to change anything.'"

How wrong she was! "I lost like...13 lbs. from just cutting out diary," Khloé said.

"I was really shocked when my nutritionist told me that," she added.

Khloé said she also tries to drink at least five liters of water per day. "Right now I'm taking certain things out of my diet little by little. I'm not in a rush to lose [weight]," she shared. "I want to make this my life."

The E! star works with Beverly Hills-based personal trainer Gunnar Peterson on regular basis. "All the circuit training, it's cardio circuit training," she said, "so everything you're doing, you're sill running up your heart rate. You're burning, I think, triple the amount of calories than if you were just weight lifting. We focus on different body parts. We're making me [leaner] rather than big and bulky. We switch it up."

For Khloé, staying in a shape is a priority. The same can't be said for her brother Rob Kardashian.

"Rob definitely has his ups and downs, and he's been struggling for the past year and a half, maybe two years, which I think we've all had those times in our life," she said. "For the last week, he's been doing better, but I want Rob to do consistently forever. So right now I'm really proud of him. He's been working out a little and trying to get his groove back. And he acknowledges it! He's aware that he's very introverted and of course not the way he used to be. I think being aware is probably the best thing."

Rob still lives with Khloé, and she tries to help him stay "motivated every day."

"Some days are great and some days he's in his mood. Right now he's good, though!" she said. He showed signs of improvement, too. In January, Rob went on hikes with Khloé, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West "for 10 days straight." Then, out of nowhere, he stopped. "He just didn't want to anymore."

"I want to encourage him," Khloé explained. "I don't want to push him too hard."
