Welcome to New York!

Fashion Police's Melissa Rivers, Giuliana Rancic, Brad Goreski and NeNe Leakes are baaack once again tonight to weigh in on all of the head-turning red carpet, runway and party looks from Kylie Jenner, Rihanna, Gigi Hadid, Rita Ora and more at New York Fashion Week!

This time around, the panel is joined by two special guests: Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Hailey Clauson and ever-opinionated fashion consultant Tim Gunn. In fact, in the exclusive sneak peek above, the Project Runway mentor definitely doesn't hold back when discussing the barely-there Julien Macdonald dress Emily Ratajkowski wore to Harper's Bazaar's Icons bash.

"If I saw this at a party, all I could do would be to drink. I couldn't eat. There's absolutely no way," he says. "This dress is so appallingly vulgar and revealing. Why wear anything?! Why not just take it all off?!" Yikes!

However, Leakes completely disagrees. "Tim, you guys have seen the Kardashians walk around with their nipples out and all of that stuff," she argues. "At least, she doesn't have her nipples out!"

But Gunn is still sticking to his, well, guns. "That's my point. Is this all driven by social media? Is this all just about [getting] everybody shocked? And I will tell you, I'm not shocked. I lived through the 1960s. No decade was more shocking than that when it comes to fashion. This is just vulgar and repugnant," he says, before telling Leakes, "I'm getting you an appointment with an ophthalmologist!" LOL!

Meanwhile, in a second clip from the episode below, Clauson explains how her SI cover has boosted her career.

"It's a goal that I've always really wanted to accomplish, and it's kind of that thing in modeling industry that it's not easy to get to," she says. "So, now that I've gotten there, it's changed my name completely, and it's been amazing!"
