Trulia; Getty ImagesKate Upton and fiancé Justin Verlander are taking a major step in their relationship before they walk down the aisle.
The 24-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and actress and 33-year-old Detroit Tigers baseball player recently bought a home together. Upton and Verlander purchased more than 5,500-square foot, 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom house in a gated community in Beverly Hills for $5.25 million. The two were spotted house-hunting in the area in August.
Their new home contains a pool, tennis court, gourmet chef's kitchen and open living rooms with beamed ceilings and French doors. Their master bedroom contains dual closets and baths, a pitched ceiling and a fireplace, public records show.
Upton and Verlander's house also contains a massive patio and plenty of yard space—which is perfect for pets. They have a boxer.
"Justin is definitely an animal lover but he is definitely holding me back from my 10 dogs," Upton told E! News in May. "He is putting a three-dog limit on it."
Their new digs are located no far from the homes of Vin Diesel and his family, as well as Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo, who are in the midst of selling their house.
Upton and Verlander began dating about four years ago and got engaged earlier this year. They have not revealed a wedding date.
The model debuted her stunning engagement ring publicly while walking the red carpet at the 2016 Met Gala.
"I'm really excited, he asked me right before season started so we've been keeping it on the down low for quite a while," she told E! News at the time. "So I'm excited to finally be able to share it with the world!"
