Deadpool is making a new friend: Spider-Man.

Thanks to YouTuber Zach Ace, who based his video on an animated GIF by Reddit user riceandnori, the Deadpool and Captain America: Civil War worlds have collided. In the 45-second video, Spider-Man is busy fighting with Captain America when he uses his web to escape to the top of a building where Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool just so happens to be sitting.

"What are you doing here?" a puzzled Spider-Man asks the masked antihero.

Unfortunately for comic book fans everywhere, movie rights prevent these two from ever overlapping on the big screen. Marvel, owned by Disney, holds the rights to Captain America, Iron Man, Thor and the rest of that group, while Fox holds Deadpool, the X-Men and Fantastic Four characters.
