Lindsey Vonn has checked marriage off her life bucket list.

The famous athlete married fellow skier Thomas Vonn when she was just 22 years old—they divorced in 2011 after four years of marriage—but she isn't looking to tie the knot again. Vonn opened up on her episode of Running Wild With Bear Grylls Monday, and while getting down and dirty with nature, the Olympic skier talked about her three-year relationship with Tiger Woods and why she doesn't want to walk down the aisle again.

"I mean, I loved him so much, and I still do. It just didn't work, you know?" she told host Bear Grylls of her relationship with the pro golfer. "It was too much with his competition schedule and mine, and he has two kids. We're still on good terms, we're friends. But it was really hard."

Although she and Woods couldn't make it work, she doesn't plan on making things official on paper with any other man. "Probably not. I've done all that," she admitted when asked if she'd get married again. "It's a nice check mark on the ol' life goals bucket list."

Vonn also recommended that no one tie the knot. "If you want to be with someone, just be with them. You don't really need to go through the whole marriage thing," she shared. "It's less complicated."

The competitive athlete hinted that her issue with marriage might stem from not having found the right person just yet. "I want to be myself and I want to be supported and...it's a pretty rare find to find a guy that wants that," she said.

Even though she doesn't want to get married ever again, Vonn shared that she wants to have children one day. "I definitely want to teach my kids that they can be whatever they want to be. Nothing's going to be handed to them," she said. "There's no substitute for hard work."

Vonn and Woods broke up in May 2015 after three years together. Both athletes released statements online about their "mutual" decision, saying that they would remain friends.
