We've all been there: Clicking on an article that promises to reveal your most envied celebrity's fitness and diet secrets, only to realize their tips to obtaining Jessica Biel-esque abs or Michelle Obama-worthy arms aren't all that revolutionary from the last story you spent the better half of the afternoon religiously detailing.

But that's the point. The secret to obtaining a body à la A-listers is that (drumroll, please) there is no secret. Let us repeat, there is no secret. Health-conscious stars have long been giving fans a VIP pass to witness their gym sessions on social media, and in interviews they're quick to outline the nutrition plans keeping hunger at bay.

We're not saying it's easy to achieve a celebrity-inspired body, but it is attainable. And excuses aside, you have the same number of hours in a day as Beyoncé as well as the seven celebrities below:

Khloe Kardashian: There aren't many celebrity fitness junkies who embody the "just do it" mentality more than the E! reality star. To put it simply, Khloe goes hard in the gym. The 32-year-old documents much of her training sessions on Instagram and Snapchat, which aren't for the faint of heart by any stretch of the imagination. But even in her own words, "If I can do it. You can do it."

Khloe's trainer Gunnar Peterson told E! News exclusively of her fitness mentality, "Khloe is always trying to get better. She's not obsessed or a crazy lady about it, it's just about the work. Khloe has her head down. She's got a steady work ethic and there's no over analysis."

As for her diet, Khloe attributes simple yet effective lifestyle swaps like switching soda for iced tea to her trimmed figure. "I'll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don't even think about it," she said last year.

Jennifer Aniston: For decades, the Friends alum has served major fitness inspiration with a bod that just won't quit. Aniston is open about her unwavering commitment to a standard healthy diet—one that our own doctors have been recommending since well, always.

"It's pretty clear: eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep," she told Yahoo! Food.

With such a no-frills regimen, it should come as no big shocker that Jen's work out routine is just as simple, albeit effective! The 47-year-old says she dedicates at least an hour in the morning to physical activity, whether it's running on a treadmill, yoga, pilates or hitting the elliptical.

"Keeping your body confused is always the key for me," Aniston explained to Well + Good.

Lea Michele: Oh, Lea. How we adore thee's unwavering commitment to the spin class Gods. The Scream Queens starlet is a self-proclaimed Soul Cycle maniac, with snapshots of Lea in her sweatiest state gracing her Instagram page almost daily. News flash: spin classes aren't exclusive to Hollywood's finest. Believe it or not, they're open to anyone and everyone looking to get their groove on.

Michele is also all about perfecting the art of the foodie photo, often sharing with her followers insight into her colorful meal plan

But what might come as a surprise to those who assume the 29-year-old never suffers from a misstep along the way, she told U.K. Women's Health that after a rough day she, "[makes] some macaroni cheese, call my mom, pour a glass of red wine and watch some reality television. There's nothing that can't fix."

Julianne Hough: Holy abs! The Dancing With the Stars pro's killer physique is essentially the reason our New Year's resolutions always involve getting in shape. But as she revealed to Shape magazine earlier this month, Hough's work out routines often take place outside the gym.

While on vacation in Mexico, the blond bombshell dished, "My friends asked me to teach a class one of the days we were on the trip, and I said, 'One day? I'll do it every day!' So rather than drink tequila shots and get crazy, we turned it into a healthy trip."

Hough, 28, continued, "Every morning, we got up and I taught an hour-long mix of Tracy Anderson, Body by Simone, and yoga moves. Then we'd put on our swimsuits and go to the beach or the pool. Don't get me wrong: We definitely enjoyed cocktails and chips and salsa while we were there, but after our daily workouts we always felt much better about ourselves."

Melissa McCarthy: Forget agonizing over the scale and tracking your macros, says the Ghostbusters actress. Instead, just let it happen naturally.

The 45-year-old's slimmed down frame caught the attention of those looking to shed a few pesky pounds, and her advice is remarkably refreshing for those reluctant to diving right in to a lifestyle upheaval.

"I truly stopped worrying about [losing weight]," McCarthy said on CBS This Morning in 2015. "I stopped over-analyzing, over-thinking, over-doing anything. I kinda went back to when I was pregnant and I just stopped constantly being worried about it and I think there's something to kinda loosening up and not being so nervous and rigid about it that, bizarrely, has worked. I could've figured that out before 44, but whatever."

Kate Hudson: The actress works extremely hard for her impressive frame ("I honor my body by working out and seeing what it can do"), but she also credits the great outdoors for keeping her in tip top shape.

Speaking to Shape, Hudson admitted, "I'm a nature girl. I grew up in Colorado and was always outside. I still am, even when I'm in the city. If I'm in Amsterdam, I get on a bike, ride everywhere, and really see the place. I love that freedom, which you can't get in a car. In New York City, if I'm staying downtown and have a meeting uptown, I'll put on my earphones, listen to great music, and just walk. There's nothing better than walking in Manhattan."

She's also a huge fan of user-friendly apps like My Fitness Pal, admitting that she used it to "[keep] track of everything I ate. Normally I'm at about 1,800 calories per day, but when I want to drop a few pounds I stick to 1,500. It's the only way to do it. I have to be vigilant."

Kim Kardashian: Just seven months after giving birth to her son Saint West, the E! star dropped a staggering 70 pounds thanks to pairing the Atkins diet with a grueling fitness regimen. And as of mid-July, Kim had exceeded her goal and dropped to 125 pounds, a weight she said she hadn't been in five years.

The 35-year-old chronicled much of her weight loss journey on social media, often telling her followers she resisted the temptation of sweet treats and salty snacks. So how did she celebrate her banging new bod? With a bikini-clad, twerk-filled trip down south with her girlfriends, of course!

One things for sure—Kim's will power is enough inspiration for us to put down that bag of popcorn and hit our sprint intervals right about... now.
