Kim Zolciak-Biermann is channeling her teenage self—at least her teenage jean size.
Always proud of her hourglass physique, the 38-year-old mom of six took to Instagram to offer fans a look inside her diet regimen and it's results. According to the former Dancing With the Stars competitor, she has been enlisting the help of nutrition shakes for breakfast for the last two years. From the sound of her social media commentary, Kim is more than pleased with the results.
"I feel the BEST I EVER HAVE!!!" she said in the photo's caption. As for her wardrobe, the reality star can fit into items from over 20 years ago. "I wear the same size jean that I wore in high school."
However, before you attribute the sizing to cosmetic surgery, the Don't Be Tardy star is quick to note: "NO a tummy tuck doesn't make you skinny! so don't start..." she quipped in the caption.
While often on the receiving end of criticism from social media trolls—including claims of photoshopping—Kim continues to be open about her plastic surgery procedures, including a past breast augmentation, tummy tuck to repair a hernia and lip fillers.
"I will always nip and tuck if I feel the need to do so, but I'm open about it. I don't care. You only go around one time, and I especially understand that. And life is very short, so there's no reason for me to lie," Zolciak-Biermann told E! in May.
"I want women to feel as beautiful as I feel, and so, with that said, it's not all natural. My boobs aren't natural. I had great boobs until I breastfed Brielle and then they just shriveled up to B raisins. They were horrible. So I must fix them."
Though she has undergone procedures, Kim also attributes her looks to genetics. "My mom's very small. I'm tall. I'm 5'8." I do have height on me. My mom is 5'4," but my mom's been a size 2 her whole life. I've been a size 27 jean my whole life," she explained to E! News. "I definitely think genetics play a role."
