It may have taken a blonde wig for Mike to recognize the beauty of his new friend Eleven, but we needed no such help.

Over a month after the release of Stranger Things, we're still talking about the breakout character played by Millie Bobby Brown. That telekinesis! That love of Eggos! She's everything we love in a good TV character, and more. Brown took to Twitter to share the moment she became Eleven with a time-lapse video of her epic haircut set to Beyoncé's "Pretty Hurts." Goodbye long locks, hello buzzed head. Eleven was born.

"Here it is!! The video of me getting my hair shaved for #StrangerThings. Enjoy! #buzzed," she tweeted along with the video below.

When E! News sat down with Brown and her Stranger Things costar Winona Ryder, Brown admitted she got inspiration behind the look from Charlize Theron in Mad Max: Fury Road...and from Ryder herself.

"I showed you my school picture!" Ryder said to Brown.

"Winona looked cool back in the day with the pixie cut," Brown added, "and I thought maybe I could bring it back!"

See our interview with Ryder and Brown below. As for Stranger Things, well, Netflix hasn't officially given it a second season yet. The show's creators, Matt and Ross Duffer, have indicated they know what a second season would look like.

"We wanted to feel like a big movie, so we wanted to solve that main tension of where Will went and what happened to him," Matt told reporters during the summer TCA panel. "But then there's the bigger mythology behind what happened, so there's definitely a lot of dangling threads at the end…if people wanted it and Netflix wanted it, we could explore it and continue the storyline."
