The theme of American Horror Story season six has been its most closely guarded secret yet--but we might have found the very first real clue about the upcoming AHS chapter.

AHS's Fearless VR Experience at San Diego Comic-Con--a.k.a. the only virtual reality at Comic-Con where users will be lying down instead of standing or walking like in traditional VR--features a short video teasing the new season, which will premiere Sept. 14 on FX.

Can't make it to SDCC? Good news: E! News has an exclusive sneak peek from the FXhibition attraction, which is running from July 21 to 24 in the Hilton Bayfront Park.

The only real hint we've gotten about season six so far is when Ryan Murphy hinted at the AHS: Hotel PaleyFest event that it would tackle "the innocence of children" in a new format.

"We've been working on two ideas at once, which we've never done, so I don't want to say what it is," Murphy said at the time. "But...it will have a different form than we've ever done."

In the VR video, which you can watch above, we see a gurney being wheeled into what looks like a morgue, complete with some creepy-as-hell fetuses in jars and other assorted mad scientist accessories.

Any guesses as to what season six will be about? We're all ears in the comments!

AHS premieres Sept. 14 on FX.
