Helen Mirren may not be super into reality TV, but she's a big fan of Kim Kardashian.

The actress opened up in an interview with The Sunday Telegraphs' Stella magazine and revealed great praise for the 35-year-old reality star.

"I'm not into the Kardashians, it's a phenomenon I just don't find interesting," she admitted before pointing out, "But—and this is the big word: B-U-T-T—it's wonderful that you're allowed to have a butt nowadays! Thanks to Madame Kardashian, and before her, J-Lo. We're also allowed to have thighs now, which is great too. It's very positive."

She's very happy to see this new generation of women redefining boundaries and changing what it means to be beautiful.

"When I was growing up, it was thought to be unbelievably sluttish to even have a bra strap showing," she explained. "Everything was about women conforming. I love shameless women. Shameless and proud!"

She continued, praising other ladies in the industry, "Women were controlled by being shamed, so I love women who have claimed their own bodies: MadonnaChrissie Hynde, Joan JettBonnie Raitt. I love Pussy Riot more than anything in the world. They all raise their middle fingers to this epithet of 'slut.' They wear what they want to wear, behave as they want to behave."

Kim also spoke out today on her decision to continue being shameless in posting nude photos."My personality has never been, 'I'm such a feminist and follow me and be naked!'" She told Recode Decode, "If you are conservative and that's how you are comfortable, more power to you. I respect you. You don't have to look at what I do."

The conversation stemmed from the negative feedback she received after sharing a nude photo in March with censors over her lady parts. She fired back at the haters by explaining how the photos have made her feel "empowered."

She took to her app, writing, "I am empowered by my body. I am empowered by my sexuality. I am empowered by feeling comfortable in my skin. I am empowered by showing the world my flaws and not being afraid of what anyone is going to say about me. And I hope that through this platform I have been given, I can encourage the same empowerment for girls and women all over the world."

She concluded, "It's 2016. The body-shaming and slut-shaming—it's like, enough is enough. I will not live my life dictated by the issues you have with my sexuality."

Helen Mirren would surely give that two thumbs up!
