Prince Harry is back in Florida to kick off the Invictus Games in Orlando, but this isn't his first time in the Sunshine state.

Let's rewind to August 1993, when the sun was high, the humidity was unbearable and Princess Diana took Harry and Prince William on a vacation to Walt Disney World. Harry, 8, and William, 11, and their royal mom stayed at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa where they rented out the entire fifth floor. Almost immediately did the royal family make their way to Magic Kingdom where a private escort would help them navigate the theme park's best rides while secretly whisking them through underground tunnels.

The results were nothing short of amazing and adorable. Sitting front row of a log flume on Splash Mountain, Harry and his big brother were spotted getting ready for the big drop and what would ultimately be a splash. Their mom was in the back row looking as gorgeous as ever with a big smile on her face. But as they made their way down the mountain, Princess Diana ducked her head to protect her hair and her clothes while Harry and Wills screamed their heads off.

Royals: they really are just like us.

The royal family and their friends also got to experience Country Bear Jamboree, the Jungle Cruise and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

Princess Diana and Prince Charles had split only nine months before the big trip to the U.S. Orlando resident Marilyn Emrick told the Orlando Sentinel in 1993 that the mom-of-two appeared to genuinely be having a good time. "She looked like a typical tourist walking around Disney World," Emrick said at the time of the trip. "She was relaxed."

Little did Harry know that he would be returning to Orlando. The Invictus Games are May 8-May 12 but the redheaded royal is already in Palm Beach, Fla. He attended the Royal Salute Polo Cup on Wednesday to help raise money for the Sentebale Charity.

Prince Harry is hoping is humanitarian work will continue his mother's legacy. "When she died, there was a gaping hole, not just for us but also for a huge amount of people across the world," he told People. "If I can try and fill a very small part of that, then job done. I will have to, in a good way, spend the rest of my life trying to fill that void as much as possible. And so will William."
