Just two days after it was officially announced that she would be the next Bachelorette, Ben Higgins' runner-up JoJo Fletcher's season has already begun filming, with the 24-year-old real estate developer meeting her 25 suitors on Wednesday night.
"Jojo is over the moon," a source exclusively tells E! News. "She is so excited and she's really, really looking forward to hopefully getting engaged. That's why she's there. Not for career, not for anything else. She's dying to meet the right guy and get engaged."
And while we've have to wait until the May 23 season premiere to see exactly how the night went and to really get to know JoJo's suitors, The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss and Robert Mills, ABC's senior vice president of alternative series, live-tweeted the shenanigans, from her first kiss to boozy gifts.
"Wild group of dude's. Some great ones for sure...." Fleiss previewed of JoJo's group of men just before filming began. "Some seem to be a little too into JoJo. #clinger."
While Ben Higgins had an issue with one of the women stealing a kiss from him on the first night (Remember "Like My Tattoo Says" Lace?), Fleiss tweeted, "First kiss!!!" It also seems like someone stole another move from The Bachelor season 20's premiere: JoJo's choice to make her first impression on Ben by wearing a unicorn mask, as Fleiss teased, "Another unicorn???"
And it seems one guy found a smart shortcut to earning a rose on night one, with Mills revealing, "Yes someone brought JoJo a wine bottle to chug from and you bet your ass she chugged from it."
Our source echoes Fleiss And Mills' tweets about JoJo's easygoing nature, telling us, "She's not a formal or standoffish Bachelorette. She's fun, bubbly, upbeat and approachable. She's got good energy and the guys are really responding to her."

Fleiss was quick to gush, about his new star during the night, writing, "JoJo is doing great. Fun and full of personality!!!" The next day, Fleiss added, "It was a fantastic Night One!!! JoJo was amazing!!!"
There's been no official photos from JoJo revealed just yet, but Mills gave fans a small tease, posting a photo of the back of the Bachelorette's head as she was being coached by "the legendary Pauly."
As for the fashion we can except JoJo to sport throughout the season, our insider spills, "In terms of her style, she's got great taste. She likes high-end stuff. Simple, elegant but also sexy. Expect to see a lot of designer labels on her."
And hopefully a diamond ring on a certain finger by season's end.
The Bachelorette premieres Monday, May 23 on ABC.
