Despite reports claiming that Rita Ora and Gerard Butler got hot and heavy after a dinner at a West Hollywood restaurant last month, E! News learns that the relationship between the two stars is completely platonic, and there's no love affair going on here.
"They are just friends and there is nothing romantic going on," a source close to the twosome tells us. "They have known each other for a while. They had dinner and nothing more."
Sorry guys, nothing sexy and exciting going on here.
The Olympus Has Fallen star has been dating 39-year-old interior designer Morgan Brown since roughly May 2014. In December, the couple were spotted getting a little grabby (in a lovey-dovey way, of course) by showing off some PDA on the streets of West Hollywood before dining at Italian hot spot Cecconi's.
Meanwhile, Ora's last public romantic connection was with Travis Barker. In October, the former Blink 182 drummer's rep confirmed that the pair were dating, after initially meeting at the Power 106 All-Star basketball game just a few weeks prior in Los Angeles.
