Leave it to The Prancing Elites to make a skating rank fabulous. The dance group at the center of Oxygen's The Prancing Elites Project is back for a new season of episodes and they're learning something new. In the season premiere, airing tonight at 8 p.m., the Elites—Adrian Clemons, Kentrell Collins, Kareem Davis, Jerel Maddox and Tim Smith—hit the skating rink to brush up on (and in some cases learn) their skating skills for "the biggest performance ever."

"I think it's totally impossible for us to be dancing on these skates," Tim says.

As you'll see in the clip below, some are better equipped on the skates than others. Talk about a wipe out!

"Kentrell looks like an over-sized newborn trying to skate," Adrian says. Luckily Kentrell gets some assistance from unlikely sources. In the premiere episode, Kentrell struggles to keep the team together as side projects continue to grow. Meanwhile, Kareem is given a tempting offer by rival dance team and Adrian mentors a group of young dancers.

"The Prancing Elites continue to be such a unique, inspirational group of friends connected by their passion for dance whose journey paves the way for honest and authentic self-defining emotions that connect with our young audience," Rod Aissa, executive vice president of original programming and development at Oxygen Media, said in a statement. "This season the team delves deeper into their personal lives as they struggle to find the heart and determination to come together and be their hilarious, genuine selves while reaching greater success in the dancing world."

The Prancing Elites Project premieres Tuesday, Jan. 19, at 8 p.m. on Oxygen.

(E! and Oxygen are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
