There's a lot of love on The Voice tonight!
Singing duo Jubal Lee Young and Amanda Preslar took the stage and belted "Seven Bridges Road" by The Eagles for the show's blind auditions. And although they earned two turns, from coaches Pharrell and Gwen Stefani, there was something that managed to even overshadow that.
Young made history when he got down on one knee and proposed to Preslar on the spot, causing everyone to question what was going on while also bursting with the feels.
The lead-in was perfect (it almost seemed planned), with Blake Shelton asking if they were married. "Not yet, said Preslar. "One day." WELL THAT DAY IS NOW, LADY!
Young immediately said, "Alright," and then pulled out a diamond engagement ring from his pocket and got down on his knee. Preslar was in shock, understandably so, and asked him if he was "serious." He was, and she accepted, leading Shelton to joke, "Whew, that would've been embarrassing."
Adam Levine graciously noted, "I happen to know that Blake is technically an ordained minister, so if you want to get it done…" Young replied, "Let's enjoy this moment for a minute."
