The couple was spotted grabbing a bite to eat at NYC eatery Nobu late last night and the twosome appeared happier than ever to be able to escape their hectic schedules and have some quality time for one another.
The Grammy-winning crooner went full glam for her date night out and was seen wearing a black-and-white maxi dress paired with a shawl, black platform heels and, of course, a pair of oversize sunglasses (the cameras are too bright, dahling!).
Meanwhile, her beau opted for a similarly formal 'fit and donned a perfectly tailored suit with a bright blue tie.
Carey and Packer made their first-ever red carpet appearance as a couple at the Tribeca Film Institute's Annual Gala Benefit for the New York premiere of The Intern earlier this week.
"Before making an appearance on the carpet, the happy couple hugged and shared a kiss," an eyewitness told E! News. "Soon after, the two sat with Robert in the theater and enjoyed the movie."
And things look like they're getting serious between the relatively new couple.
"They get along amazingly and their communication is always fluid and easy," a separate source shared with E! News. "James is very into Mariah, though, and he wants to spoil her and her children every minute he can. He feels she only deserves the best."
