The 36-year-old Brazilian-born actress is pregnant with their first baby together, her rep confirmed to E! News on Thursday.
The actress hid any traces of a baby bump with a scarlet Reem Acra lace gown with an empire waist and flowing chiffon skirt at FOX's 2015 Emmy Awards after party, which she attended with McKenzie, 37, this past Sunday.
This will be the first child for the actor and the second for Baccarin, who shares a 1-year-old son, Julius Setta Chick, with ex Austin Chick. He filed for divorce from Baccarin in June after more than three years of marriage.
Baccarin and McKenzie have not commented about their relationship. E! News had learned this week that the two were dating.
Baccarin, also known for her role in Homeland, had joined Gotham earlier this year. She plays Dr. Leslie Thompkins, the new love interest of McKenzie's leading character, Police Commissioner James Gordon. She also guest starred on The O.C., the show that made McKenzie famous.
