Jane the Virgin's Gina Rodriguez has split from her boyfriend of over one year, Revenge actor Henri Esteve, E! News has learned.
The split news comes on the heels of Emmys weekend, where Rodriguez was seen attending by herself.
E! News caught up with the Golden Globe winner earlier this year and she couldn't help but gush about Esteve.
"He's gorgeous! And he's talented! And he's a really, really good guy," she told us at the time.
She also explained that dating an actors does have some benefits, like having the other person in the relationship fully aware of the hectic schedule required by those in the business.
"I just know that I have a very strong [and] supportive boyfriend. He's an amazing artist himself who respects the craft…He supports me and I think that's all that matters. We're very honest and there's a lot of communication. He knows that my priority is Jane and him and family."
People was the first to report the split and a source told the mag that "Gina really cared for him."
"She is a sweet person with a prosperous career, but she has limited time and it was just a mutual split. They are still friends and very realistic about relationships."
