Amy Schumer had a lot of people to thank during her 2015 Emmy's acceptance speech—the head writer of her show (Jessi Klein), producer Dan Powell and, you know, the "girl who gave me this sort-of smoky eye."

That girl—celeb makeup artist Andréa Tiller—is responsible for more than just Ms. Schumer's now famous smoky eye. Her clients also include Olivia Palermo, Allison Williams, Olivia Culpo, and (as Amy pointed out) she really is the master of the award show makeup. And while Andréa's obviously accustomed to rubbing elbows with some of the biggest actresses in the biz, she was still pretty freakin' stoked to hear Amy's big shout-out.

Earlier today...what a fun day at the office! Congrats Amy on your win ???? #Teamwork #ATeam #emmys2015 #bts #LA

"On the ride back to the hotel, I was looking online for a beauty picture to post and noticed the smoky eye comment and so many people tagging me and congratulating me, it was really funny and surreal!" Tiller dished to E! News exclusively.

Also note, said shout-out wasn't even Tiller's biggest moment of the evening—no, that would be actually appearing on-air during the Emmy's as part of a last-minute skit.

"I thought when [Amy] mentioned the idea it was all a joke, I didn't know it was actually going to happen because it was so last minute and we (the glam team) didn't have credentials for the Emmys," she explained. "I found out we were actually doing it right after getting Amy dolled up for the Emmys, what you saw is the real deal in our work attire, etc. It was so spontaneous!"

As for the "sort-of" smoky makeup at hand, Tiller admits she always eager to play up Amy's eyes. Meaning that for last night's look, she opted to create a sexy version with a teal-tint to incorporate the actress' dark turquoise Zac Posen dress. And if you're a fan of the Inside Amy Schumer stars look, you're in luck, because Tiller's giving us a play-by-play beauty breakdown to replicate the look. Just take a look below!

Thanks again to @kimmykuppkakes for my hairdo and @andrea_tiller for my smokey eye!

Step 1: Apply a bronze-pigmented base on the eye socket and under the bottom lashes (Andréa used "Copper" Long Wear Cream Shadow by Bobbi Brown).

Step 2: Blend Charlotte Tilbury "Golden Goddess" eyeshadow into the outer corner and crease of the eyes using a fluffy blending brush, also applying a bit of color underneath the lash line as well.

Step 3: Apply dark brown eye shadow on the outer corner of the eyes, and then using your finger, apply a bronze eye shadow on the center of the eye and the also around the tear duct (Andréa used Dior 5 Couleurs #796 Palette and Apply Urban Decay's "Baked" Shadow, respectively).

Step 4: Using turquoise liquid eyeliner, line the waterline of the eye. Then on the top lash line, apply a thin stoke of liquid black eyeliner.

Step 5: Coat lashes in waterproof mascara, and finish with a set of false lashes (exactly: Velour Lashes in "Strike a Pose").
