We all remember Nicole's party-girl days while filming The Simple Life alongside partner in crime Paris Hilton, but she has long since turned over a new leaf to become a hands-on wife (to rocker Joel Madden), mom and businesswoman. In fact, she could only spend a day at New York Fashion Week this month because of daughter Harlow and son Sparrow's school schedules.
