Is Hillary Clinton nervous about Kanye West running for president?

The democratic candidate appeared on Ellen Tuesday and gave her thoughts about the rapper-possibly-turned-politician. She said she watched him make the announcement during the VMAs, but she noted that he said he'd give it a try in 2020—meaning she would have to win the 2016 election first before she'd have to worry about it!

"I would only ask him if I'm running for re-election to wait," Clinton quipped. "Otherwise a lot of people want to run for president these days."

Keeping up with her confidence, Clinton also joked about what she would like her almost 1-year-old granddaughter Charlotte to call her. "I'm fine with Grandma," Clinton said of her preferred moniker, but added that she was also OK with "Madame President."

While taping The Ellen DeGeneres Show in Rockefeller Center in New York City—it was the first time host Ellen DeGeneres hosted her show from the Big Apple since 2007—the comedienne also had Amy Schumer stop by. The Trainwreck star showed up in a full ice skating costume. During commercial breaks, Schumer and singer Pink danced with the former secretary of state.

Schumer tweeted a hilarious picture of herself in costume and wrote, "I rode my bicycle past your window last night."

Even though Clinton's visit was primarily lighthearted, she couldn't avoid the scandal that has been haunting her campaign: Her use of a personal email address while she was secretary of state. "I made a mistake. I am sorry for all the confusion that has ensued," she said. "I take responsibility."

She added, "I am now trying to be as transparent not only as I can, but as anyone ever has been."

Which means we'll probably be getting a lot more media appearances from the politician in the near future.

Otherwise, the host, Schumer and Clinton had a wild time, and the politico even got schooled by 5-year-old "presidential expert" Macey Hensley, who wore a matching pantsuit!
