Karlie Kloss is going from the runway to the classroom!

The former Victoria's Secret model attended her first day at New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study and shared an adorable snap on Instagram.

Kloss was all smiles as she excitingly pointed at the famous purple and white NYU school flag. The blond beauty was casually dressed in a conservative, crisp white button-up blouse, a pair of loose-fitting jeans that she cuffed at the bottom with black sandals. And it's no JanSport backpack for this Vogue covergirl! Kloss carried a fabulous black leather bag instead!

The 23-year-old captioned the pic, "I haven't been this nervous in years! ✏️ #firstdayofschool".

So much fun last night at the #VMAs with the #BadBlood babes ??

Like most co-eds who are going back to school, Kloss ended her summer with quite a bang. The runway queen joined bestie Taylor Swift and the rest of her gorgeous gal pals (and "Bad Blood" video co-stars) at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards.

"So much fun last night at the #VMAs with the #BadBlood babes," Kloss captioned the selfie with Swift and members of the infamous squad which included Selena GomezSerayah, Martha Hunt, Lily Aldridge, Gigi Hadid, and Mariska Hargitay.

The group obviously looked amazing as the models and performers wowed in a combination of gowns, LBDs and plunging necklines. T.Swift opted for a metallic-patterned crop top and matching harem pants getup, showing off her toned tummy. She had her hair pulled back with her bangs swept to the side and kept her makeup as bold as her outfit, choosing to wear thick cat eye-style eyeliner.
