Katie Rees' fall from grace continues in a downward spiral.
The former Miss Nevada USA—born Katherine Nicole Rees and better known as the beauty queen who was stripped of her crown in 2006 after nude photos of her surfaced on the Internet—was busted for drugs for the second time in just two months, according to the Las Vegas Sun.
The arrest report says Rees was riding in a car with her boyfriend of 10 months Kevin "DJ Kulprit" Sims in Las Vegas on Tuesday when police pulled him over for speeding and failing to signal. While the officer was speaking with Sims, he smelled marijuana and asked whether there were drugs in the car.

Officials say Sims hesitated at which point they placed both Sims and Rees in handcuffs. Police found a jar of GHB (a type of "date-rape" drug) on Sims and a bag full of marijuana, Xanax, Oxycontin and meth, which Rees claimed was hers. Police say Rees also admitted to smoking meth earlier that day.
She is currently being held on $9,000 bail.
The 31-year-old former pageant girl was also arrested in July on four felony drug counts for possessing and selling meth.
However, her recent arrests aren't Rees' first run in with drugs. In 2009, she appeared on an Australian TV show in on which she was shown being question by Sydney customs officials who discovered her luggage tested positive for cocaine after being swabbed. She denied drug use in the moment, and no charges were filed against her.
"I don't do drugs," Rees pleaded on the show at the time. "I don't use cocaine. I don't use any kind of pill, no kind of Xanax, no anything. I don't use anything."
But in 2012 that was proven to be false. She pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor drug charge (in exchange for prosecutors dropping other more serious charges). She was released and sentenced to attend drug counseling.
