Jeremiah Succar just got a little extra motivation to keep fighting.

The 7-year-old, who has been battling Stage Four atypical rhabdoid teratoid since May, got the surprise of a lifetime a few weeks ago when Rachel Platten joined him for a special duet at his hospital bed at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Throughout his treatment, the little boy's family says, Jeremiah memorized the lyrics to Platten's "Fight Song" and it has since become his anthem for staying strong.

In the absolutely heartwarming video, Jeremiah is unafraid as he belts out every lyric to the popular hit alongside the vocal powerhouse, before asking Platten for her autograph in the most adorably courteous way.

Prior to their meeting, Jeremiah's parents started the #RachelMeetJeremiah hashtag on Instagram, which quickly caught the attention of Platten. In between a busy tour schedule, the 34-year-old musician set aside time to make Jeremiah's dream come true.

"The Greek was cool....but THIS was amazing. I love you Jeremiah, thanks for inspiring me and rocking out with me!!! #prayersforjeremiah #rachelmeetjeremiah," Rachel captioned an Instagram photo of the sweet duo.

The video was released Tuesday to kick off Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month.

Keep fighting, Jeremiah!
