Is love back in the air for Dakota Johnson and Matthew Hitt?

The Fifty Shades of Grey star and the hunky Welsh model and musician have been spotted hanging out together on numerous occasions lately, sparking speculation that these two exes have decided to give their relationship another try.

After breaking up in December, the pair were seen out and about together in recent months, with their latest sighting happening on Monday when Dakota walked to location on the set of How to Be Single with her rumored beau hand-in-hand in New York City.

E! News has reached out to her rep for comment.

Johnson and Hitt's romance was first introduced to the public last summer, when the pair were seen engaging in PDA while strolling the concrete jungle.

While the brunette beauty never officially commented on her relationship status, the steamy photos of the duo seemed to suggest that Johnson had indeed split from Jordan Masterson, with whom she was first romantically linked in September 2013 (although cozy Instagram pics of the pair seem to suggest that they had been dating for nearly a year once the media got wind of their romance).

Rumors over their first breakup were centered around Johnson focusing too much on her Fifty Shades role and promo that it began affecting their relationship. With two more films slated to be released from the populary trilogy, it will be interesting to see how things pan out for these two.

But for now, things look good for these (maybe) lovebirds.
