Kendall Jenner would be doing Scott Disick a major favor by showing up for the birth of his third child.
In this deleted scene, the two are hanging out on the couch when Kendall realizes she might be back in New York City when Reign Disick arrives.
"You're not going to be in town for the next child?!" Scott teases on Keeping Up with The Kardashians. "F--k!"
Lord Disick is disappointed to hear the news, but it's not for the reason you'd expect.
"I just hope Kourtney's not like, 'Well, ya know, I'm going to have to get pregnant again then so everyone can be there for the next time,'" he confides. He even mentions getting a vasectomy! Noooooo!
