It's back to reality for Chris Pratt.

The actor spent some quality time with his wife Anna Faris and son Jack during their family vacation in Hawaii recently, and during an appearance on The Ellen Show, Pratt confessed he didn't wanna come back (but can ya blame the guy?).

"We had the best time, it was so relaxing," he shares. "We did not wanna leave, we really didn't. We had one of those moments where I was like, God, I don't wanna go. I was just having the best time."

Of course, he's no stranger to paradise. Pratt actually lived in Maui (in a van!) when he was 19 years old, and revealed that going back for his highly anticipated film Jurassic World was like going full-circle.

"So surreal in one of those weird, full circle things that happen in life. When I was there, I was having the time of my life at 19 years old living in a car with my friend."

Speaking of the film, which hits theaters on June 12, a new trailer for the sequel recently hit the Internet. The clip begins with Pratt going face to face with some fierce dinosaurs inside their cage. "These animals are thinking, ‘I gotta eat. I gotta hunt,'" Pratt says.

Bryce Dallas Howard's character then reveals the park has designed a new genetically modified dino fiercer and scarier than the T-Rex. Naturally, it escapes to wreck havoc on the park and all its visitors.

Pratt has been very vocal about his love of the Jurassic Park franchise since he was cast in the fourth installment.

"For me, Jurassic Park was really kind of my Star Wars. I lined up at the theater to see it, I saw it opening night, I saw every sequel. I've seen it a whole bunch of times," he has said. "For me that was my big movie, I think I was 13 or 14 when it came out…So it's a big deal for me to be any part of that, let alone this part I'm going to be playing. I'm thrilled about it. Everybody around the world knows that franchise. When you say Jurassic Park, no one is like, 'What's Jurassic Park?' More people know Jurassic Park than just about anything. I'm thrilled."

But does he know all of his dino facts? Watch him go head-to-head with quite the competitor below!

(E! and Universal Pictures are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
