Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris may the biggest stars around, but how did these two become an item?

Well, it turns out that the pop star's other famous pals, the ladies of Haim, may have had a hand in introducing the new lovebirds!

During an interview with Ryan Seacrest earlier this morning, the trio of talented singers admitted that they've been fans of the DJ for quite some time—especially Este Haim.

"We've known Calvin for a while. He put out a record in like 2008 or 2009, like back in the day, and I used to go to all of his shows and I was a big fan. We just kind of linked up. I think he knows how much of a fan I am."

The band and DJ teamed up for a collaboration a few months ago, for the track "Pray to God," which appears on Harris' album Motion.

"Este is also, out of all three Haims, the best at getting what she wants," Alana Haim dished. "Like, basically if she wants to meet someone, Este is [the best.] Like me and Danielle are like, 'We're scared, we don't know what to do!'"

With the ladies of Haim getting close with Harris, and quickly becoming besties with Swift, it makes perfect sense that the blossoming couple would have spent time together with their mutual pals before things turned romantic.

In fact, the two were spotted catching a Haim concert in Los Angeles just a few weeks back—looking rather lovey dovey, we might add.

So when asked if they were taking credit for the new relationship? Este chimed in, "I don't even know, but I do know I love them both."
