Queen Letizia of Spain

We might just call this chic blunt bob "The Royal."

Queen Letizia of Spain stepped out for the 2015 Woman Awards in Madrid with a new haircut that is smartly angled to frame her face. Previously, the royal has rocked long locks that she's styled into pretty updos, braided chignons or let hang, well, loose to just below her shoulders.

The Queen has tried a faux bob look before, so the fact that she actually made the cut isn't too much of a surprise. And the bob works well to showcase her facial features, which is always a plus when you're well, royal and clock in with a lot of public face time.

Meanwhile, actress Courteney Cox is the latest celeb to get in on the lob trend: The 50-year-old brunette beauty attended the Los Angeles premiere of her latest film Just Before I Go with a textured long bob that falls to just above her shoulders. The former Friends star has sported mid-length hair for the longest, so it's nice to see her change things up a bit. (No word on if her typically haircut-shy BFF Jennifer Aniston will make a bold lob move too!)
