Kourtney Kardashian says she thinks Scott Disick, who sought treatment at a rehab center last month, has "been on a really good path."
Her 31-year-old beau and father of their three children checked himself into a facility in Costa Rica for an undisclosed ailment and left the center after a week. He had told E! News he planned on returning to continue his treatment.
The couple recently celebrated Kourtney's 36th birthday at a party with friends at 1OAK nightclub in Las Vegas and Disick is set to return to the venue to host another party on Friday.
"He's crazy, he's crazy!" Kourtney joked to E! News at her bash.
When asked if she was worried that Disick goes to Vegas often and is around all the drinking, she said, "I think he has been on a really good path. You know it's always not the best environment sometimes, but for him coming to Vegas, it's such a quick trip that I'm not too worried. And I think it's all about who he surrounds himself with, so I'll have to get the itinerary of who's coming."
Scott had told E! News last month that when he takes a trip to Las Vegas, he flies back to Los Angeles late that night so he can be home with his family the next morning.
The Costa Rica facility, the Rythmia Life Advancement Center (RLAC), is described as "an addiction treatment resort that also treats mental health and spiritual awakening through the use of the natural plant medicine known as Iboga." In a press release, the center quoted Disick as saying that its "rehab approach puts my worries at ease."
Disick's attempt at recovery for alcohol and drug-related health issues was documented on Keeping Up With the Kardashians spinoff Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons. He entered a treatment facility in Connecticut after a night of hard partying that left him thinking he was going to die.
"I'm not perfect and I never claimed to be," Disick told E! News last month.
Disick got his girl a bouquet of roses for her birthday, as did her brother, Rob Kardashian. Her family also shared sweet birthday wishes for her on Instagram.
