Leave it to Sofía Vergara and Reese Witherspoon to get into all sorts of trouble on the set of their upcoming flick, Hot Pursuit.

The pals stopped by the Ellen DeGeneres Show to dish about what went down in New Orleans during filming, and revealed that one of the actress even ended up in the hospital!

"She went to the emergency room," Vergara admitted with a devilish chuckle. I sent her to the emergency room…It was something internal, something with bleeding." Um, what?!

Witherspoon, who couldn't stop laughing, clarified what made her seek medical attention immediately.

"I thought my appendix had burst," she told Ellen DeGeneres.

Vergara added, "I was pushing [her] too hard and she was like, 'No! Do it real!' and I popped her ovary."

Fortunately though, Witherspoon explained that she was fine shortly thereafter and doesn't have any hard feelings over the incident.

The ladies also poked fun at Vergara's accent, including a hilarious skit dubbed The Three Sofías, but it was Witherspoon's Spanish accent in the new film that really stole the show.

"I had to speak Spanish in the movie…I studied Spanish in high school for two years and I thought I did a really good job because I worked really hard, and then I got to do the scene and I was doing it in Spanish and she turned to me and started laughing," the bubbly blonde dished.

"She wasn't even nice about it, she's like, 'This is terrible! You sound terrible!'"

The Modern Family star chimed in, "It was horrible. It was not very good."

Oh, how the tables have turned!
