Obviously an expecting mother is happy to be welcoming a child into the world, regardless of their gender, but this one was probably hoping for a girl, don't you think?
North Carolina's Cher Lair--who has the best rhyming name ever, by the way, already has six children…all of them boys. That's right: six boys. She is grossly outnumbered in that house. So when it came time to find out if her seventh baby on the way was a boy or a girl, you could imagine how anxious she was to see the big reveal. She even says in the video she might throw up.
Cher asked her friend Andrew Silvey to find out the sex of the baby from the doctor, and then Andrea had a cake made with pink food coloring. The video, taken by friend Stacy Fagerquist, captures the moment Cher finds out that she's finally going to get a female ally.
Basically, it's the most epic, sweetest meltdown ever. Congrats, Lair family!
