"Last time we did this, I came thisclose," Usher says in the exclusive video below. "This time? Losing is not an option."
The coaches are not holding back in securing the best teams possible and are slinging jokes and barbs like it's their jobs. You have to hear what they say about each other as they break down the team-building techniques.
Look for a lot of four-chair turns this year—Usher says at least 11—and plenty of good-natured bickering.
"Those four-chair turn-arounds were moments of fierce fight," Shakira says.
It seems the talent this year is some for the record books. "That was my favorite performance I have ever seen ever on The Voice," Levine says.
