On Wednesday, Oct. 30, the 32-year-old actor tweeted a picture of himself and his Left Behind costar Nicky Whelan in the midst of a passionate kiss. "I am a lucky lucky man," he wrote. "Blessed 2 feel the way I do with @NickyWhelan! I hope each of u feels the same in ur world!"
The Australian model turned actress, also 32, retweeted her apparent beau, adding, "ALL MY LOVE." Although reps for Chad and Nicky did not immediately return E! News' request for comment, a source confirms to us the duo are definitely together. (Plus, a picture speaks a thousand words!)
It was just last month that Chad and fiancé Kenzie Dalton confirmed they'd split in early 2013. They released their statement asking for privacy just one week after Chad and Nicky were photographed together in a car while driving away from the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.
Before Chad entered into a relationship with Kenzie in 2006, he was married to Sophia Bush. In 2002, the One Tree Hill costars said "I do" after two years of dating. However, after just five months as husband and wife, the pair called it quits.
