Chris Brown's Halloween party has been understandably canceled after the singer checked into rehab yesterday.

L.A. club the Conga Room announced earlier today that tomorrow night's bash will no longer be going down. "Chris Brown's scheduled Halloween Costume Party at L.A. LIVE's Conga Room has been cancelled," reads a message on their website.

On Tuesday, the 24-year-old singer checked into rehab for anger management one day after a court appearance stemming from a fight that occurred last weekend. His longtime attorney Mark Geragos dropped him off at the L.A.-area facility.

"Chris Brown has elected to enter a rehab facility," a rep for the singer told E! News yesterday. "His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point."

On Monday, a source close to Brown told E! News that he was a "good kid" at heart, but what he really needed was rehab and intensive therapy. "He needs help," the source dished. "He keeps self-medicating with weed and alcohol and that's when he always gets in trouble."

Among Brown's many legal hiccups (including a recent Washington D.C. scuffle), he's still on probation from his 2009 felony assault conviction for beating up ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
