Kanye West had bride-to-be Kim Kardashian on his mind during last night's Yeezus concert in San Jose, Calif.

One day after the cute couple celebrated their engagement with a proposal party at San Francisco's AT&T Park, the 36-year-old rapper took the stage at the SAP Center yesterday to perform and give his fiancée a sweet shout-out.

Before performing his song "Bound 2," Kanye said to the audience, which included Kim and mom Kris Jenner, "I want to sing this song to the birthday girl that's back there right now, my fiancée."

"Kanye was so heartfelt and sincere when he dedicated his 'Bound 2' song to Kim in the audience," a source who was at the concert tells E! News exclusively. "After saying this, I could see that Kim gave Kris a little look and Kim put her hands over her heart while it seemed like she was blushing. It was a very special moment. Kanye said at one point during the song, 'If you came with somebody that you love tonight, hold on so tight.' Kris even stood up for this song alongside Kim and sang along with the lyrics. You could tell Kim was madly in love with him."

Earlier in the day yesterday, Kim stepped out with Kris preconcert. The two were snapped leaving their San Francisco hotel bundled up in warm fashions before heading to pal Marc Horowitz's house, where they mingled with tech bigwigs, including Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Kanye was also spotted by the paps throwing up the peace sign, his first sighting since the big proposal.

Kanye proposed to Kim on Monday night, the same day as her 33rd birthday. The lovebirds had lots of family and friends their for support, including mama Kris, Khloé Kardashian Odom, Rob Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Kim opened up to E! News exclusively about her engagement yesterday, saying, "Last night was truly magical!!! I am the luckiest girl in the world! I get to marry my best friend!"

Now let the wedding planning begin!
