At last evening's star-studded Elle Women in Hollywood Awards in Beverly Hills, we couldn't tear our eyes off the gorgeous gowns and flawless faces on the red carpet.

From sexy plunging necklines (ahem, Naya Rivera) to ladylike sheaths (as seen on Reese Witherspoon), the best dressed gals certainly knew how to turn heads at the empowering event.

And of course, we couldn't help but notice two leading ladies who stole the show when it came to hair and makeup.

Lea Michele enhanced her Calvin Klein gown with a natural and effortless makeup look, while Ashley Madekwe opted for classic Hollywood glamour with a sexy red pout paired with major lashes.

Here's how to get their looks:

L'Oreal

Lea Michele's Dewy Look

Apply L'Oréal Paris Magic Nude liquid powder makeup and add a touch of color to cheeks with L'Oréal Paris Visible Lift Color blush in Nude Lift. Lengthen lashes with L'Oréal Paris Voluminous Butterfly mascara and add Wet Shine lip stain in Eternally Nude for the final effect.

Lea's hair was prepped with L'Oréal Paris Advanced Haircare Total Repair 5 Multi-Restorative dry oil before it was finished with L'Oréal Paris Elnett satin hairspray.

Ashley Madekwe's Glamorous Look

To get Ashley's stunning look, first apply L'Oréal Paris True Match foundation for flawless coverage. Next, create a dramatic cat eye with L'Oréal Paris Blackbuster by Infallible eyeliner and finish with L'Oreal paris Voluminous Million Lashes mascara. Complete the look with a classic red lip color like L'Oréal Paris Infallible Le Rouge in Refined Ruby.

Stunning!

L'Oreal

For her sophisticated ‘do, Ashley's hair was first smoothed with L'Oréal Paris Advance Haircare Smooth Intense Xtreme straight crème and then held into place with L'Oréal Paris Elnett satin hairspray.

And there you have it!
